I am writing in you at the suggestion of a co-worker at the District Attorney’s office. They stated if I don’t see a counselor to confide in, I should at least keep a journal….something about ‘bottled up emotions’….Do I honestly seem to need cheering up, or something of that sort?  
 
What would I put in something like this, anyway? The only thing I’ve written about is how I came about writing in this…
